Knowing you can’t get everything right.

Hello everyone, hope you are well!

So after a very busy weekend I am bringing you another outfit that I am completely in love with at the minute. This weekend I was lucky enough to go to Leeds to IceLolly.com’s ‘Blog and the Beach’, and after missing my train I ended up getting some fab pieces from Primark (haul to come soon!). I have been so busy with my new class and new classroom that my brain is not functioning at full capacity.

Something I need to work on is realising that I can’t do everything at once, I need to understand that its okay if I’m not functioning and its okay if I look a mess at work sometimes, (basically its okay to admit your not feeling yourself). Moving into a new classroom which is twice the size of my old one has been a huge task, and as it is starting to take shape and feel more like my home away from home I need to slow down. I have spent so much time doing work till the early hours of the morning, I am going to start setting myself working rules.

So after thinking and feeling the need for a refresh I have come up with 3 rules for working out of hours:

1. Switch of all school work by  8:00pm

2. Go to bed half an hour early and read my Kindle.

3. Leave work at 4:30 latest at least one a week.

I love this pinafore so much, and I have been looking for a tan one for a long time. And lets face it, who doesn’t love a stripy top.
