Hello Everyone!
I hope you are well, I can’t believe I’m into week five now of the Summer break and this is when I really start to try and get my head back into work mode. So today I thought I would bring you a little tour of my classroom and where I spend the majority of my time.
So I am the foundation stage teacher of a small school and love every minute of it. My classroom works as continuous provision which means I have multiple areas that the children access freely throughout the day. Now I moved into this classroom halfway through last year so didn’t have the chance to set it exactly how I wanted it.
But now I have! So here are some photos of some of the areas within my classroom!
CONSTRUCTION AREA
SAND & WATER AREA
MUSIC STAGE
TRANSIENT ART SPACE
LEARNING SPACE
READING AND PHONICS AREA
CREATIVE AREA
So that’s some of the area that I have in my classroom! I really love the natural look I have created in my room and we also have a home corner, mud kitchen, writing table and reading shed that I have yet to photograph. The stage I am particularly proud of as that was salvaged from the skip and refurbished. (by me.. I know, I’m proud of myself)
If you would like to know any further details about my room let me know, or if you have any questions about teaching just drop me a comment.
That’s so adorable! I wish I could go to school again. Love the different sections so that they can really build their different skills
