A perfect day

Hi lovelies, I hope you are well.

Today I have a 11/12 hour working day ahead of me as it is Parents evening. Days like this can be pretty hard and I know when I get home I am going to be wiped out. So I thought I would give you a little insight into what I would say is a perfect day for me. One such day happened last weekend. . .

It starts with a lie in… Both Michael and I get up at 6 during the week, so on a Saturday morning it was lovely to have a lie in and wake up with a little cuddle and maybe a coffee for Michael and some juice for me.

After heading into town we stopped for Lunch at one of our favourite places to eat (McCoy’s) and after tucking into some delicious food we headed to do some shopping and find a film for us to watch tonight.

We came home after buying some food and drink on the way, put the heating on, jammies on and snuggle up on the sofa watching our film we bought as well as American Office re-runs. Not a particularly exciting day by some standards but for me a casual Saturday with Michael like this couldn’t be more perfect.
