Hello lovelies I hope you are well as always.
Today I thought I’d bring you some little treats that I bought myself in town the other day. I went in fully aware that I needed to buy Christmas presents and ended up having a little gander in the Beauty Outlet that we have in Princes Quay in Hull. And what do you know I ended up treating myself. (no surprise I know)
Now I did initially go in just needing to buy powder but then obviously I had to walk around the full shop to see if I could dream up anything else that I needed.
SO WHAT DID I BUY?
Rimmel Stay Matte Powder – Peach Glow £3.99
This is a very staple item for me and my daily routine, I hate having a shine to my face and this is always gives me great coverage at such a low price. I usually have a couple of these in and carry one in my bag throughout the day.
W7 Power Puff Pro Sponge – £2.99
I must admit when these sponges first came out for applying make up I was a bit dubious about how they would work for me, but being useless with a brush I decided to give them a go and honestly they really help me when applying my makeup.
W7 Mattenificent Lips – Cote D’Azure – £1.99
I am and always will be a sucker for a matte lip. I am really not a fan of gloss on myself so when I had seen this shade of matte lipstick for only £1.99 I really couldn’t resist giving it a try.
W7 Flirty Eyes Mascara – Black – £2.99
I have never been particularly picky when it comes to choosing a mascara and I liked the ombre effect on the packaging of this so thought why not give it a try.
Models Own Eyeshadow Palette – Supernatural – was £6.00 now £3.00
This was an at the till purchase as they had them reduced at the counter. I don’t have a massive collection of eye shadow palettes but when I saw the shades in this one I thought for £3.00 I’d give it a try.
W7 Matte Finish Nail Polish – Smudge – £1.99
I have a few of the W7 Matte Nail Polishes and I always love the finish on them, I have been looking for some grey shades for a while and with a name life Smudge who could resist?
W7 Matte Finish Nail Polish – Matte Grey – £1.99
Same as the previous I’ve wanted some grey shades and I like the look of this one as well so I bought both. Pretty self explanatory.
Bomb Cosmetics Bath Bomb – Father Blissmass – £2.49
Would be a great Christmas present but I shamefully bought it for myself because who doesn’t love a good bath bomb. This one is Apple and Ginger fragranced and is apparently cruelty free!
So quite a large haul for me with eight items but surprisingly enough it only came to £21.43. It really is worth popping in even if just for a browse or if you are looking for something specific.
Have you been recently? What did you buy??
