Hello Lovelies I hope you are well! We are half way through the week already, and I am looking forward to the what the weekend will have to offer.
Last weekend we took some time to have a wander around our favourite village of Cottingham for their annual food festival. Its a great occasion in which they shut off the main carpark and two streets to accommodate for local food trucks and stalls. So I thought I would show you some of the fabulous food I bought whilst supporting smaller businesses.
Vanessa Delicatessen
Apple and Pork Sausage Rolls – £1.50 each
Firstly we bought some amazing sausage rolls from the Vanessa Delicatessen stall. They were absolutely gorgeous with an amazing short crust. If you were wanting to try them they have their own café in Beverley.

Brown & Blond
Chocolate Brownies – 3 for £6.00
There were so many different brownies to choose from it was such a hard choice but in the end I went with; raspberry and white chocolate, toblerone and a salted caramel. They were absolutely delicious and they didn’t last long once I got them in my house!

The Taste of Sardinia
Ciabatta Loaf – £2.00
This loaf was absolutely delicious, it was so soft and fresh I made the most amazing sandwich with it when I got home from the festival. They had some amazing pizzas on their stand as well which I would definitely be up for trying.
I unfortunately couldn’t find their social media accounts so keep an eye out for them!
Did you go to the festival? What did you buy? Let me know!
I love brownies! These look so yummy and that bread is just wow! I am such a huge fan of food markets, and stalls and festivals…Wish I could just jump around the world from one food market to another.
