Hello Everyone! Hope you are well.
Its been a very busy month for me, I’ve had a new topic started in my classroom which has been fun to design and I’ve had appraisals and meetings keeping me busy and unfortunately away from my blog. So this past weekend Michael and I popped into town grab some lunch and do a little bit of shopping. Now it was literally 2 days before getting paid so I was definitely looking for some bargains.
I found some fab little purchases from the Primark and Next Outlet in Princes Quay. I love the Primark we have in Hull but I must say I haven’t been in the Next Outlet that much however on the occasions that I have, I’ve got some lovely items. They have a range of Ladies, Mens, Kids and Home so there’s a lot to look at. Anyway enough of me rambling I’ll show you what I bought.
Next Outlet
White and Navy Embroidered Peplum Top: Was – £24.00 Now – £7.00
I was immediately drawn to this top when I saw it in next. The embroidery on it is so gorgeous and when I tried it on with my black jeans and sandals it was the perfect combination. I can definitely imagine wearing this on a day at the beach or a bank holiday afternoon in a beer garden. Never mind the fact it was ridiculously cheap.
White and Navy Striped Frill Top: £11.00
Unintentionally sticking with a colour theme I found this lovely vest for only £7.00. I thought this top would be a great one to wear for work in summer, its thin and lightweight which is perfect as my classroom can get pretty warm. I think the frill detailing just makes it that one better from your typical vest top.
Artificial White Flower in Vintage Look Can: Was – £10.50 Now – £2.00
In our bathroom I have been slowly transitioning the colour scheme from orange to purples and browns. I have been looking for some artificial plants to go in the bathroom that would fit with this colour scheme (I would love to have real but I know I’d kill them). Unfortunately I have struggled to find anything I liked up until now. This is the perfect shade of purple and for £2.00 it’s a great little addition to my bathroom.
Primark
Primark Llama Tissues (4 pack) £0.50
Pretty standard one here, I always have a pack of these little tissues in my bag there the perfect size to carry around with ease. The fact that they have Llamas on is a bonus because who wouldn’t want them!
Little Trinket Cloud Necklace:£1.50
Technically I didn’t buy this it was Michael that made the purchase however I’m still classing it in my haul (because why not). I love little trinket necklaces like this and it’s so cute. So yeah… thank you Michael!
So that’s everything I got from our little trip into Princes Quay, Michael bought a Han Solo T shirt from Primark that he was very excited about so I have no doubt we will be making a trip into Vue to see that very soon.
Have you been into our Next Outlet? What Summer purchases have you made? Let me know!
